The collection of personal data is necessary for handling your application and is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A) DSGVO. The data you provide in the context of the application will be processed by the organization team. Wherever and whenever possible, the data will be anonymized as soon as possible. In any case, personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected.
The data subject has a right vis-à-vis JLU Giessen to obtain information about the personal data concerning him or her and, where appropriate, to have such data rectified, erased or to have the processing of such data restricted, and a right to object to the processing and a possible right to data portability.
